What we collect
Waitlist: email, five-digit ZIP code, chosen monthly amount, optional tip amount, and whether you would pay it. Requests: category, title, explanation, amount, name, email, phone, US state, payee information and any uploaded documents or photo. Admin accounts use email and password for secure access.
Why we use it
We use waitlist data to understand interest, geographic demand and likely participation. Request information helps admins review eligibility, accuracy and vendors. Confirmation emails are not enabled yet. We do not collect payment details or charge anyone.
Private means private
Applicant details, payee details and private documents are available only to authorized admins. Documents and photos are kept in private storage. Admin document access uses short-lived links. Do not share those links.
What can appear publicly
Only approved requests may show their title, category, amount, explanation and optional public photo. Public content must not include private contact, payee or medical details. No private documents are published.
Deletion and retention
Admins delete private documents after review or, if still needed to verify a funded payment, after funding verification. This is a manual review responsibility, not an automatic deletion timer. We retain request and waitlist records only while needed for the experiment and its administration. Specific retention periods and a contact for access or deletion requests will be finalized during legal review.
No sale of data
We never sell your personal data. Service providers process information only to operate hosting, storage and authentication. We may disclose information when legally required. Essential sign-in storage is used for admin sessions.
Google Ads
We use Google Ads tags to measure how people find PHLERP. They may set cookies.
Google receives page visits and, when enabled, successful waitlist signup events for advertising measurement. We do not send your email, ZIP code or chosen amounts to Google. Tracking is blocked where consent is required or location cannot be determined. You can opt out using your browser's Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control setting; we check those settings before sending events.
US-only experiment
Requests and payees must be in the United States. This policy is a draft pending legal review before live membership or funding begins.
